Each transfer gets a unique 8-char pickup code. Each hospital gets a rotating API key, hashed at rest.
Hospitals ping every 15 minutes; CelluChart surfaces incoming bundles even when webhooks can't reach them.
Every payload is fingerprinted (SHA-256) and immutable. Receivers can verify integrity on pull.
Source hospitals can push even when destinations are offline. Bundles persist until acknowledged.
